Dr Shamik Desai is the Principal Dentist and has strong connections to the local Pinner community, having grown up in the area.
He focuses on building long-term relationships with patients and providing care based on their individual needs.
Dr Tom Bradshaw – Associate Dentist
Dr Tom Bradshaw qualified from the University of Manchester in 2018 and completed postgraduate Dental Core Training at Newcastle Dental Hospital.
His experience includes restorative dentistry, oral surgery, emergency care and paediatric dentistry.
Dr Sadiyah Ahmad – Cosmetic Dentist
Dr Sadiyah Ahmad qualified from King’s College London in 2011 and has worked in both the UK and Singapore.
She has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and helping patients achieve natural-looking improvements to their smiles.
Dr Roshwin Pereira – Dental Implant Surgeon
Dr Roshwin Pereira has developed particular expertise in dental implant treatment, following training in oral and maxillofacial surgery and implant dentistry.

Dental therapists play an important role in preventative dental care, including professional cleaning, oral health advice and supporting healthy gums.
Minnie Diamond qualified in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy from the University of Birmingham in 2022 and has experience in preventative dentistry, restorative dentistry and periodontics.
Harry Clayton-Jones initially qualified as a dental nurse before studying Dental Therapy. His experience includes working alongside implant and periodontal specialists.

Dental nurses are an important part of the clinical team. They support our dentists and therapists during appointments while helping patients feel comfortable throughout their treatment.
Our dental nursing team includes Irmina Gołębiewska, Gabriela Pruteanu and Aleah Lewis.
Behind the scenes, Lisa Faber, our Practice Manager, and Sally Kelly, part of our reception team, help keep the practice running smoothly and support patients from their first enquiry onwards.
